My Kind of Saturday

Today was my kind of day. The sky is blue, the sun is shining and there is a cool breeze blowing. And my ma and pa stayed at home all day, working outside, while I got to hang out in the yard. I look bored here, but I am really resting myself in a sun puddle:

Hey, Pa, you missed a spot on the car. I'm helpful like that.

Yup, hanging out outside all day and getting to be with my people definitely makes me a happy girl.

    Oh, Sadie! I'm glad you had as much fun today as I did. My folks took me to the lake. I love it so much that I jump in and swim even if they aren't there to throw a ball for me, although a ball is much better! You have pretty eyes.
